Anthony was Manager of Litigation Discovery at Chevron Corporation. His group oversaw Chevron’s discovery processes and worked closely with Chevron’s Litigation Management Board and legal teams to reinforce enterprise strategies and processes established for e-Discovery. He managed Chevron’s Enterprise Litigation paralegals and e-discovery project managers in San Ramon and Houston and had oversight responsibilities for Chevron’s Preservation Order Process. Anthony helped create Chevron’s Guidelines for Responding to Investigations and Discovery, is a member of Chevron’s Litigation Management Board and participates in several internal training programs related to preservation, discovery and information management. He is a frequent speaker at EDI’s Leadership forums, the Carmel Valley eDiscovery retreats, and roundtables sponsored by Today’s General Counsel and Institute, Deloitte and KPMG. Anthony is a member of CEDF, ILTA, and The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1).
